FlexiDAF provides a wide range of financial services to help SMEs or larger organizations to more efficiently manage their financial resources and their finance teams.

We can cooperate in different ways in order to adapt as much as possible to your needs:

  • as time shared or on demand CFO : This service is primarily aimed at companies whose size does not justify an experienced CFO but need more support than just getting accounting information
  • as transition management : This service provides help to any type of business
    • whose financial service is in a tricky or emergency situation (temporary unavailability of the Chief Financial Officer or of the financial controller, overloaded accounting and Financial teams)
    • whose financial service must carry out a major project and does not have the adequate nor available internal resources (information system migration, merger, acquisition, reorganization…)
  • as on-site training



I have more than 20 years experience in finance. After an initial education focused on 3 areas (finance, accounting and information system), I held different positions in many areas of finance :

  • international cash management and treasury. I particularly focused on debt management, interest rate risk and exchange rate risk management and on implementation of back-offices and middle-offices in Treasury departments.
  • Business Controlling. I covered many positions in this area : Corporate Controlling with major focus on consolidation and corporate procedures, business controlling, manufacturing controlling in French, European or Asian, BtoB or BtoC environments.
  • CFO, managing accounting, statutory accounts, tax, internal audit, treasury, controlling of SMEs in Europe.

I have been mainly working in 3 different companies with totally different histories. I started my career in 1988 in a family-owned company, Econocom before joining Thomson Multimedia/Technicolor (public company in a difficult financial situation before recovery and being listed in Paris stock exchange CAC40). In 2004, I joined FCI Group, a global leader in connector business which was sold in 2005 and acquired through a LBO by an American pension fund.

Having always worked in fast moving businesses, I have been consequently constantly managing transitions, changing or crisis situations, or leading project teams (implementation of new ERP systems, restructuring, closure of factories, adaptation of controlling systems to lean manufacturing, reorganization of finance and accounting teams, integration of new business, …).

With this stong experience in project management and in support of the change, I have been driven to create FlexiDAF. I am convinced that companies need more and more flexibility, are increasingly confronted with fast moving situations and do not have necessarily internal resources to manage at the same time the day to day operations and the change . This allows me to make independantly best use of my own experience and to stay focused on operations and changes.
